The CBP-1500 is built for small chocolate makers. It suits startups and bean-to-bar workshops. The machine is compact and easy to place. It fits in small production rooms and test labs. No special setup is required.
It processes 7–10 kg of cocoa nibs per hour. Under certain conditions, it can reach 15 kg. For best cocoa butter yield, run it at 10–15 Hz. In this range, output is about 5–8 kg cocoa butter yield per hour.
