2.4-3.6 tons / 24 h Continuous Production
Five mechanical screw presses combine automated cocoa nib feeding, heating and cocoa butter flow in a compact production system. A single digital interface provides centralized system control.
The CBPLANT-5 is designed for pilot factories, growing cocoa processors and manufacturers moving from batch-based or hydraulic pressing to continuous mechanical extraction. It produces pure, natural cocoa butter and a separate press cake stream, without a hydraulic pressing system.
Its modular architecture supports future expansion by adding press units. The described plant configuration combines cocoa nib loading, pressing, butter collection and centralized press cake discharge into a coordinated production workflow.
